Tiddlywinks has a comprehensive set of policies and procedures to enable us to operate safely and effectively.

Some main policies are available on this website and when their child joins us in Tiddlywinks, parents are welcome to view our policy document file on request at any time.

All policies are updated regularly with input from the Tiddlywinks Team.

KEY PERSON SYSTEM

​

When a child joins us in Tiddlywinks, they are linked to a key person who will be a parents first point of contact if you need to discuss anything regarding your child and Tiddlywinks. The Key Person is also responsible for monitoring your child's progress and set up an online file of observations and photographs illustrating you child's development. We are currently using 2Simple 'Evidence Me', a comprehensive observation programme which helps ensure we follow children's progress in the Early Years Foundation Stage. Parents will be invited to join the programme so that we can send out observations securely. Parents can also use the programme to share photos of their child with the setting.
